After our clients faced a flood that severely damaged their kitchen, we worked tirelessly with their insurance provider to secure a $46,000 claim. This enabled us to completely remodel their kitchen down to the studs. In just six weeks, we delivered a stunning, modern, and fun kitchen. Ground up Art studio Build

Our client asked us to create an art studio for her in her backyard. Before there was just a little run-down shed, so we tore it down and in its place constructed a brand new building equipped with a bathroom, an artists wash-out sink, lots of natural lighting as well as artificial lighting, a covered carport for easy and protected loading, and finished it off with a durable and show-stopping epoxy floor. By having the freedom to construct this build from the ground up we were able to tailor every aspect to fulfill all of our clients wishes and needs creating the perfect environment for her artistic practice to thrive.

Luxury Bath Remodel

Our clients wanted to revamp their bathroom and add some more high-quality finishes. So that’s exactly what we did! These large marbled tiles make the space feel more luxurious—perfect for a tranquil bathroom effect. The new countertop and backspalsh make the sink feel more open and clean. And the above toilet organization allows the homeowners to add their own touch to their space. Overall this was a very effective remodel and our clients loved the result!

Master Bath Shower Remodel

This shower located in the master bath was long overdue for a little TLC. So we swapped out the old shower insert for some beautiful marble-look porcelain tile as well as a decorative band to add some dimension. The niches offer great shower/bath storage and make this area feel luxurious. This simple remodel really elevated the entire feel of the bathroom and our client couldn’t have been more please with the result!

Sunroom Remodel

Who doesn’t love a sunroom? Our client came to us because she loved her sunroom but was unable to use it because the large windows brought in so much light that the room was often too hot to use and enjoy. We simply added a tin roof and some big picture windows so that she was still getting lots of light but would significantly reduce the amount of heat being generated in the sunroom. She is now able to use the space comfortably and it really gives a beautiful fresh look to the outside of her home!

Entertaining Deck and Pergola

This deck remodel is made from a sustainable product called “Trex” and is a great option for outdoor areas that are going to have to endure all four seasons. This remodel really brought a breath of fresh air to our customer’s backyard. The pergola with a ceiling fan really makes this a great space for hanging out during the New Mexican summers and the added feature of having power outlets and overhead lighting makes the space really versatile.

Ascending Deck and Pergola

This beautiful modern deck remodel is made from a sustainable product called Trex and is a great option for outdoor areas that are going to have to endure all four seasons as well as high traffic. We went with a cool gray color which really complements the blue accent colors on the house and finished it off with a white handrail. These fun rounded steps really give an open feel to the house and make the entire outdoor space feel more inviting. The pergola that we added really ties the whole backyard together and is a wonderfully usable space, perfect for hosting barbecues and dinner parties. This upgrade really compliments the home and looks like it has always been there. Now this backyard has a wonderful fun feeling that is going to be great for enjoying the beautiful New Mexican summers!

Repurposed Wooden Deck

This is one of our most ambitious deck projects. Our clients had wood left on their property from a manufactured cabin that was never built. At Rio Grande Building & Storage,. we are all about reducing, reusing and recycling, so when we saw that huge pile of wood wasting away, we thought it would be the perfect place to start when reconstructing this deck. We were able to use the wood to construct a beautiful ramp, carport and deck that wraps all the way around their new manufactured home. The deck increased their living space by almost 100%, and with a view like that, who wouldn’t want to spend all their time outside!

Elegant Flooring Renovation

If you purchased a house that was built before 1980, there’s a high chance that the flooring isn’t in great shape, either that or it’s just completely outdated. That was the case with this project. Our customer wanted to give their house an update that would bring it into this century, and that’s exactly what we did! This wood-look tile flooring offers them durability and an updated, beautifully finished look.

Fabulous Deck Renovation

Here’s another deck that we renovated for one of our clients. Their previous deck, (visible from the street) was simply an eyesore. In addition, it started leaking, damaging the stucco below. This work not only fixed the leak, making the space usable but added a beautiful architectural detail to the exterior of the home.

Pond-to-Deck Transformation

Our clients had a small, dried up pond that was just not useful for them., and they came to us wanting to make better use of that space in their backyard. Now they are able to enjoy a beautiful view from their new deck!
